✨ A little herbal magic in the kitchen…who says medicine can’t be delicious?

One of my favorite ways to bring herbs into everyday life is to tuck them into the foods and treats we already love. A handful of nourishing herbs, a little imagination, and suddenly a bowl of melted chocolate becomes something quite magical. 🌿

This is my Magical Medicinal Chocolate, made with Dark Chocolate, Coconut Oil, Ginger, Walnuts, and some wonderful adaptogenic herbs. It’s rich, delicious, deeply nourishing, and proof that herbal medicine can be a pleasure!

And truly, I think this is where some of the real magic of herbalism lives. Not just in our medicine cabinets, but simmering on our stoves, growing in our gardens, and finding its way into the foods we make for ourselves and the people we love.

This recipe is one of the treats we make in the Kitchen & Garden Sessions of She Who Remembers, where @jkb.journal and I share many of our favorite ways to bring herbal wisdom out of the classroom and into everyday life.

We’re revisiting the wisdom shared earlier this year in the She Who Remembers course, and this little nugget jumped out at us.

We women carry so much power and beauty in our bodies…rememberinghow to work with the seasons and cycles of our lives, how to support our bodies with plants and rituals…this is what this course is all about.

And we’re delighted to share that we’re opening enrollment next week with a very special offer!

Comment “powerful” and we’ll send you a DM with more info! (Or tap the link in our bio @rosemarygladstar)

The plants are our allies and offer gifts beyond food and medicine for our physical bodies. A simple practice like this can calm and center you–allowing you to carry that peace into the world with you–and this can have a ripple effect on the world around you. ❤️

This little video is an excerpt from Rosemary’s class A Cup of Calm—one of the 5 classes from Rosemary included in @herbalacademy’s Herbalism Collective Bundle! This bundle is only available through tomorrow so be sure to sign up now at the link in our bio!
